The day after I returned from vacation in Europe I rushed to pick up THE LOST VINTAGE, which I had preordered from my local indie before I left.
I was not disappointed.
Five stars to Ann Mah for this deeply satisfying story that taught me about wine, the war, and made me cry in recognition of our frailties as human beings.
Absolutely absorbing.
